TIPS AND PROMOS Issue 15

TIPS THIS WEEK Issue 15

While comparing LUXORS, Jim shared a neat tip he uses to KEEP THINGS SECURE IN HIS MEDICINE CABINET. I have relayed in the past that John and I attach a piece of PLEXI-GLASS IN FRONT OF SHELF to keep things in place during a rough trip. As Fulltimers we have more ‘stuff’ in our cabinets than he does – our bottles do not move. But to keep things where Jim and Glenna place them, he cut a piece of EGGSHELL FOAM TO SIT SNUGLY ON THE SHELF. In the inclinations he cut out circles for each bottle to fit into. Works great if your medicine cabinet is not jam-packed. This just proves that all tips do not work for everyone.

Jim prefers to CONTROL PROJECTILES after reading an article of a sink cover that slammed into a windshield during a quick stop. As a precaution he built a special holder in the closet for his covers while he drives down the road. Many RVers are concerned with this fact. It is something everything should think about. John and I secure big things, but even in our coach there are many little things that do not move around because most are on non-skid surfaces, but a number of these items could??? fly through the air in a sudden change of speed. Just be cautious of what you are carrying – will it stay put?
